Of the over 300 recipes included, one-half require only 30 minutes to prepare and many can be cooked in a microwave oven. There is a complete selection of recipes from appetizers to desserts, each with a complete calorie, protein, fat, carbohydrate, fiber, cholesterol, and sodium count but without the information about vitamins and minerals which appeared in the earlier book. I had a copy of this book when it came out. Helped to cook in a low-fat, healthier way and lose weight. Looking forward to making recipes that I never used before.
It was easy to read, and simple to follow. I have tried several recipes in the book. Some I like and some I did not care for.
We have used most of the recipes in this book this year, some we didn't like and most was are still using but we added more vegetables to them.
Ahh. All my diet requirements in each recipe! Makes it easy to decide on what to cook -- and how to prepare it.
