must have info for datsun owners to have. double check some of the specs. there may be errors as some forums have found depending on year of manufacture and vehicle some of the parts came out of. even better that is is now on digital.
How To Modify Your Nissan/Datsun OHC Engine was recommended to me when I my husband and I bought my 1968 510 Datsun SCCA race car. The instructions for performing various disassembly/assembly tasks are clear, with a complete parts break-out for every task covered.This is the only Datsun modification book we own, and I can't imagine needing any other one.
Very outdated. Parts they recommend, Nissan no longer makes. Best option is to search the interwebs.
Information is broken down into engine components, and each component has recommendations for street/double-duty/race applications, with the pros and cons of each approach laid out in plain English. If you own a Datsun or early i6 (or i4) Nissan, this is a must-have.
Not as good as haynes manual.Pictures are poor and not enough detail
Absolute must have for the performance L28, L28ET, S30 enthusiast. No kidding, get it, you'll love it and won't regret it.
If you are looking to keep that L-series engine alive and modify it at the same time, this is the book to have for sure.
Helps me greatly with my Datsun Z. Comes in handy for my rebuilds and also has great pictures as well
